This law firm has sat on an agreement which was supported by a recent law passed for almost five months for their client who took our grandchildren without any proven evidence in any way against our daughter. The agreement which they had no choice than go with (per law) gave complete custody of my grandson to his mother and of her older daughter. The agreement demanded my daughter have complete access to her kids, for these five months she has been prevented from even speaking with her son. At the end of June my grandson is to come live with his mother…still no order. The other grandparents continue to collect SSI and ridiculous child support all allowed while they sit on this agreement. This case is being reported to the TN Board of Professional Responsibility, the TN Bar Association, and the TN Attorney General. Think before you use this firm!
