(Matt Courteau got my case dismissed here’s the story) Got a speeding ticket when I was in Tennessee for work. I was doing about 15 over but it didn’t feel like I was speeding at all. The cop pulled a u turn and turned his lights on so I figured he wasn’t coming for me but when I pulled over he pulled over behind me. I figured since I was from Missouri I would just get a warning and be sent on my way. Because what cop would want me to come all the way back to Tennessee (7 hrs) just for court for a 15 over speeding ticket. He wrote me the ticket in a rental I might add and I was left stuck with figuring out how to deal with this in the back of my mind for the rest of my work trip. There was no way I was driving back for court and I couldn’t plead guilty cuz that puts points on my license. I called my lawyer who was able to get in contact with Mr. Matt Courteau. I thought I was going to at least have to pay a fine and take an online class which would have not be good for me financially considering I’m in the process of ring shopping. Mr. Courteau was able to get my case dismissed because he found a mistake that the officer made during his ticketing process. Thanks to Mr. Matt Corteau I didn’t have to pay a fine nor take a class. Highly recommend! Btw I’m proposing next week. Thanks Matt!
