How this place has ANY stars is beyond me. We had James Greene for a divorce with children and he did not help one bit. When we met with him he had no clue what he was talking about, my family had to be the ones to bring up possible options. Complete lack of communication which was blamed on us. He emailed us ONCE and hasnt spoke to us in months, and just sent us a letter saying we ignored his many emails regarding our case, and that we ignored a “10 day letter” and assumes we no longer want the divorce. We received none of these “many emails” and received no letters but this one closing our case. If i could give 0 stars i would. Completely useless and lazy.
MA’AM NO STARS. I’ve called 3 days in a row so I went in for help and all I got was a rude receptionist telling me to be patient. Haven’t seen such poor quality of service in so long I’m determined to report to the BBB.
The receptionist was quite rude and wasn’t helpful in the slightest. This is a bad look for a legal office.
