Extremely unprofessional during every encounter. He asked if my mother in law and I were Christians and if so how did my son stray so far the first day he met us. He made excuses for his inability to follow through with communication with opposing council. He in no way shaped or prepared my son for interrogation. When my son shut down Mr. Fabus called me furious. He spoke negatively about my son to opposing council without realizing I was there. I truly advise anyone who is dealing with him on a court appointed federal level to request new council. I believe he is only in it for the monetary gains on this level. Your loved one is just dollar signs to him.
