The worst lawyer and advice ever recieved I wasn’t even working with her when she still continued to bill me. She had told me a number of times my retainer had ran out and she couldn’t advice me anymore and then I recieved this bill that she’s trying to put through to collections.
I just want my husband to come home. It’s been over four months and he never even told me he was going to leave. We had a beautiful marriage and it’s now ruined by false claims and defamation of character. I wanted to work out my marriage not get a divorce which was completely blindsided to me with absolutely no closure and now no communication and completely against our beliefs. The marriage was very salvageable but contact has been limited to save it due to her tactics. I want to save my marriage because it’s important to me and I love my husband but I wasn’t even given a chance to. My husband is having a midlife crisis and I don’t believe divorce is the best option at this point. Most ethical attorneys would not jump straight into advice to separate but rather discuss working out a marriage first. PLEASE tell my husband that I love him, I don’t want this divorce, and to please come home and commit to therapy so we can save this marriage!
