Don’t trust these people to follow through. I am in a domestic violence situation and told them the new address but of course they didn’t listen to me and they didn’t report the new address to the Trustees office at all. So I’m sitting here without any ability to make money while I’m waiting for the judicial process and they could care less how critical my situation is. It makes me sick to my stomach that people who are supposed to be helping me in a terrible situation has proven themselves. Do NOT even walk in their office or call them or I PROMISE you will get manipulated into believing they will stand up for you when needed. They are only good at collecting money owed them, they don’t care one bit if their clients are okay
