I was advised (by a lawyer who unfortunately could not help me) to call Mr. Peden as I was told he was a very good lawyer. I called and spoke to a female who took my information. She stated he would call me back. After a week (8 days actually) I called back. This time I got Mr. Peden’s voice mail. I was clear about my name/phone number (I repeated it at the end of the message just to be sure) and briefly stated why I was calling and that I had called and left a message over a week ago. As of today (September 24th) it’s been another eight days and still no callback. He may be a very good lawyer, but it appears I’ll never find out. Disappointing.
