I have had an overdue account that has been sent to The Law Office of Michael K. Williamson. I have been making constant payments since it’s been sent over. I am being sued directly from them after a year in which I have complied and agreed to a payment plan. I’m being charged fees, interest, well over 30%. I have tired to reason with them to settle the account with no resolution since they know they can continue collect all the interest and fill their pockets. I’m also a Military Veteran, instead of helping when you are down they have piled up so much fees and interest that I will never be able to pay this debt off. I hope this helps others think twice before dealing with this office.
