Mark was physically there in court but most of the time mentally checked out. He let the opposition use personal intimate photos between my ex and myself taken ten years prior when we were happy, I thought they were destroyed. Meanwhile Mark got to see my entire body, as did all of the courtroom and the opposition counsel. They all got hard while the intent was to embarrass me. He didn’t object. The pansy judge let it fly too. He didn’t tell me about motions, consult me about things, didn’t even sign most of the things. I caught plenty of errors. There are far better and more attentive attorneys who won’t let those things happen
He did not fight in my case. I have plenty of proof.
If I could, I wouldn’t even give them one star. I had a court date, and he wasn’t even there to represent me! Since February, his office only called me once. Yes, things did work out in my favor but, no thanks to him. How can you schedule a mediation when you know you have a court date?!? No apology, no nothing! If that was me as an attorney with that kind of mix-up, I would’ve refunded my client. 100% pathetic service!
