He took our money and never did anything for our case! He was supposed to go to South Georgia twice and go to court. Never did! We can’t get anyone to talk to us! To late now! $3500 for nothing!
Unprofessional and over-priced. Don’t expect to actually talk to a real lawyer. I contacted the Presley law firm seeking help with a very minor court filing related to an estate – I needed to file one form as I am out of state. It took three days for an initial call back, from a legal assistant. I sent documents and did not receive a response until I emailed to confirm, four days later. I was told the attorney was in a deposition and too busy. Two days later I asked again to speak with their lawyer after the legal assistant advised the price would be 4x the initial quote. Then the legal assistant wrote back and said “we are unable to assist you with this matter.” Because I wanted to speak with someone who has a law license?! Absolutely terrible and so unprofessional.
Just speaking with this attorney has helped and put my mind at ease. He was a great and very helpful man.
