I was told if I changed my review from 1 stars to 5 stars and then she would help me – with things I cannot talk about on here. I will say she is a very nice lady with a huge heart. I just feel there were too many outside distractions on her end during my claim. I would say with all she has going on and how inaccessible she is on both text and phone that I would definitely not hire her again. My apologies Cindy but would you not agree?? Sincerely, Rob
