Well let’s see filed for a divorce August 20th 2024 no kids no finances only married like a month. Paid Alan to get her served and it took from August to November to get her served no big deal. But nobody ever gave me any kind of updates or reach out to me she has been extending the process to use my united healthcare insurance she’s used over 400,000 dollars of my insurance and I tell the law firm and nothing comes about it. Here it is almost June 2025 and it’s still a ongoing process and every time I call the law firm I get no lead way and she is not suppose to be using my insurance but guess what she’s still using the insurance. I talked to Alan on the phone last week and he said well we have a way to speed up the process well heck it’s already been 10 months why didn’t you bring this up 10 months ago it’s just like a ongoing process with no ending in sight. No kids, No finances together I was stupid I understand but getting to the finish line would be nice if they would push the pace and get her off my insurance.
Would not recommend this attorney if you actually would like to get your case finished. He will just keep asking for money and try to suck you dry without doing any work to back it up. Don’t fall for his cancer scam.
My husband and I hired Alan Beard in the Spring of 2023 for a very complicated case. It is a specialized issue that no one in the city had experience with, including Alan, but it interested him and he decided to take it on. He has done a tremendous amount of research on the case law surrounding our issue, and we have had two court dates so far, and both times the judge ruled in our favor! We still have many more to go, including a jury trial at the end (like I said, it’s a complicated issue), but I am very confident he will take us over the finish line with a victory! I have been very impressed with his confidence and knowledge of the law, and I feel safe with our case in his hands.
