Bad communication, lots of prejudice, full of noise that adds to your problems rather than solving them. He’s the type who’d rather argue with you behind closed doors and stick it to you rather than argue on your behalf in court. I had an hourly consultation that added absolutely nothing, made me feel much worse than coming in, was punctual to the minute just to demonstrate how much he did not care, then audaciously charged me $160 for the nothingness he contributed. I’d stay away and not approach him under any circumstance for any case that matters
Tim has done a great job representing me and is easy to work with. His staff is courteous and quick when documentation is needed for anything .
