My wife and I needed advice on how to proceed with probate. The Aspen Legacy team members were extremely friendly on the phone and in the office, and when we met with Stephen Wesolick, we found him to be very personable, knowledgeable, professional, and focused. After carefully listening to the issues at hand, Stephen laid out a very reasonable plan of action at our one and only meeting, indicating that he thought the whole matter easily could be handled in another state, without the need for his services. Then, after taking the time to telephone the attorney in the other state, he reached out to us to confirm the plan. The bottom line is that Stephen Wesolick provided us with the excellent legal advice we needed, suggesting that we handle the whole matter out of state, rather than spending additional money by combining his services.
