I was told because it’s a small town he could not work with me because of a big shot doctor! He said it would be a conflict of interest which was not the case! I would definitely try to find a lawyer that’s wanting to work with you not this firm.
I cannot speak to all lawyers in this firm but just one in particular. I hired a lawyer from this firm to represent me in a custody case and after a year later and a lot of false promises and a retainer I am further away from getting the case into court than when I hired him a year ago. He took over a month to respond to me at one point during the case. I am positive he is more interested in billable hours than actually getting my case into court or representing me. Just to reiterate im not angry because he didnt win my case I never got the chance because he didnt get it into court.
