Edward (Eddie) Hruska represented me in a contentious gray divorce that was not of my choosing, and he was extremely effective. His expertise and knowledge of South Dakota family law was outstanding. He is a consummate strategist who listened to me and incorporated my thoughts and goals into his defense plan. Everything he said and did was explained to me so that I felt confident in my position. I received an equitable and just settlement for a nearly 30-year marriage, and I am grateful for his empathy, experience, and expertise.

I would recommend to stay away from this.. Nothing but headache. All they seem to do is boss you around. Specifically Jenna R. Severyn. Nothing but a headache this person brought to us. Scaring my mom into doing things she does not feel comfortable. BIG RED FLAG. Jenna R. Severyn seem to be mad that my Mom said she is not gonna be working with her anymore. She’s not worth even 1 star.

Eddie did a very good job with our case. He’s very passionate, hard working, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Eddie and his staff.
