I worked with Rick and his team on my disability they got the benefits Rick and I had spoken about him helping me with one more matter I have never gotten a response back on that matter the disability stuff they helped me get needs to be modified I’m disabled and my benefit is $18 a month because paperwork is wrong they received a portion of back pay for their compensation as most do but instead of helping me get my paperwork with social security straightened out I was told it was all on me. I was asked to send additional information and paperwork that proved that the information social security has is wrong and after sending follow ups and waiting for a response I get there we were hired to do this the rest is on you response I was very satisfied with this team at first but that fact that they couldn’t follow through with what they said and led me on and told me basically tough luck I would recommend them I don’t know if it a incompetent assistant or what because I did not get this impression from any interaction with Rick him self but I could be wrong I just wanted to edit my 5 star outstanding review with the way the relationship with this firm ended it’s amazing how people say they will help with this and that and get things done and then the get 25 percent of my back pay over $1,000 and now everything is just up to me to figure out
