If you’re looking for an empathetic, personable human being to represent you… go somewhere else. During my time as a client for another attorney at the firm, I had a brief interaction with Scott Talley. Getting in contact with anyone at the firm was difficult to put it lightly. After months of no updates on my case, I finally emailed Scott to see if he could assist me. His name is on the sign out front. I assumed he would at least hear my concerns and address the issues going on in his office. Instead, he was entirely dismissive, rude, and unhelpful. I was already feeling helpless, and he sealed the deal. If you are going to spend thousands of dollars, spend it on a law firm that actually cares about their clients. Trust me, there are plenty.
We were very happy to have Mr. Talley as our attorney. We had some complicated family issues and we weren’t sure how to proceed. We spoke with several other attorneys and they couldn’t help us. Mr. Talley knew exactly what we needed to do and he helped us through the entire process. Everything was resolved in our favor and we have Mr. Talley to thank for that.
