I was buying a house in Conway, Mobil home. I had the attorney Shaun Sullivan. I am from another state NJ, first time buyer, need more attention. I wish I did not have this one, because him and his helper Ashley Beavers acted unprofessional way. Only once was be able to contact the lawyer himself. He referred all my questions to his the helper or the sale person. The house I bought, has a lot of problems and I was not be able to discuss any of my concerns with the lower. He never responded, never contacted me to discuss issues, they did not send receipts of my payments. The closing cast was much higher then I expected. They rush me to pay off the house one day before closing date, which was set up by them all of a sudden the day after. Eventually I bought the house for the higher price then this house worth it. And now I have to raise this house from the ashes by myself.

We were very disappointed with the lack of communication, performance and quality of representation from this law firm. We would not recommend this firm for any legal matter whatsoever.

Wasted 2 years and over $10k in retainer fees to achieve ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
