As always in dealing with Darcy and her staff, you feel that you have given the upmost care and concern regarding your visit. I’ve been going to Darcy for 12 years or more, and she advises us on all of our personal and professional concerns. She was our wedding officiant, she’s blessed us with helping with our real estate needs that were personal AND when we owned a real estate business, she handled all of our closings. You can’t get any better than that!
The worst service we’ve ever had. All we needed was a property deed written up. We chose the Templeton Law Firm based on their great reviews, however, Darcy did not live up to the great reviews. She lacked communication skills and was very unprofessional. On several occasions, she caught an attitude over the phone when all we were trying to to was check on the process. She never once called us to tell us what she needed from us or to update us on how things were coming along. A week after we initially spoke, I called her to check on how things were going because I had not heard from her at all. Turns out she couldn’t read the picture I sent her of the survey plat. I was told I needed to bring in a paper copy, which was no problem. I went that same day to drop it off. It makes me wonder had I not called that day would she have ever called me to tell me what she needed?? Probably not. Fortunately though, we will not be dealing with Darcy’s rudeness or attitude anymore.
