I engaged Barr Law back on 12 November 2024. I paid in full and was told that I would receive more information to proceed by the end of the week. I never received this information, but waited another week as I understood that things can be busy. After the second week I began calling to follow up to see what I needed to do to get my case to proceed, as nothing had been done at all. After calling and leaving messages for two more weeks, I finally got a call back saying they would have the info to me by end of day. Didn’t happen. I FINALLY got a paper sent to me to fill out on 12/19/24, a month and a week after the initial engagement. At this time I told them that I no longer required their services and requested a refund of the amount I paid. I have followed up numerous times and still have yet to receive any services OR my refund, THREE months later. Completely awful and unprofessional. No calls back, no email responses. Nothing. Do NOT recommend.
