I would not recommend this firm to my dog. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. While inquiring about a case they have had for almost 2 years, there is still no resolution. The updates given are the same every time I’ve called. I have dealt with other firms with the same exact case, and settled within 3 months. It seems the staff is not equipped with the ability to proceed within acceptable time frames. If a receptionist is saying the reason the case isn’t resolved is because she is the receptionist, the clerk, the greeter, etc; means that there is a staffing issue and that is a disgruntled employee. Very unprofessional!

Contacted, consultation free within a week-great. Assured we would hear from him within 2 days, never called and again said we’ll receive a phone call a day later, a day later never came. One week later his secretary says he’s busy or with a client after we submitted the requested information and confronted O’Donnell with a very time sensitive issue and continued to call every other day with the same response from his secretary, he hasn’t had time to look at it. 2 more days later same response, time to move on.
