My daughter and son in law passed away in 2020 and Mary was appointed the representative for their estates as they had no will. I’ve been appointed Guardian as of November 1, 2023. Mary doesn’t answer phone calls, emails etc from my attorney. To date I still haven’t received any of the possessions or money or itemization of their estates for my grandson. The person effects should at least have been turned over to me. I now have to hire another attorney to file a motion to get hire to produce information or have someone else appointed as estates representatives. I believe she’s stealing otherwise why would you not answer emails, calls and return property to their minor child. DO NOT USE THIS ATTORNEY SHE IS THE WORST!!!
