Nearly three years of wasted time trying to get him to do anything for us. We are now out our file and our money. Not reliable, trustworthy, or ethical in his practice.

I reached out to this law firm to discuss an urgent tax matter for a business. I made an appointment with Mr. Prescott for September 5th, and met in person. He proposed his plan for assistance, and said he would charge $12,000 to assist, and requested $6000 paid up front. He understood that the first matter at hand was to request an extension with the department at hand. He got paid his up front fee on the 5th, and I submitted revelant paperwork on the 6th and the 9th, and did not hear back from him. I reached out on the 11th to remind him of the deadline that we had to meet of the 19th. He ignored my messages. I called the office, and they did not answer, nor return my call. I was told from another attorney that the entity we were dealing with would not accept extensions. I then requested a refund from Mr. Prescott on the 17th for services not rendered.

Never did anything for us. Only thing he’s good at is stealing money and lying.
