I spoke with a young lady name Rhianna on April the 7th as far as me signing up with legal services and the steps on how to do it. She was Extremely professional and took the time to help me over the phone. I even had problems and called back and she did not get out character and continued to assist me. I spoke with her again today which is April the 10th and told her I did my intake application and some other issues I came across after calling the 1888 # and she still was highly professional. U need more like her!!!! Very patient!!! That’s Rhianna
Will do and say absolutely ANYTHING to not help. Even when it’s a case where the safety of children are on the line. First I wasn’t “eligible” for representation because dss was involved despite dss not being involved with ME, then it was because dss was NO LONGER INVOLVED. I was told by the paralegal I’d get a letter from an attorney I never spoke to with “advice” about my issue. Only ever talked to Samantha the paralegal who couldn’t have given less of a crap about the situation or even trying to help. “Well I feel sorry for u, but this happens all the time” got it Samantha! Hope you sleep well at night! Meanwhile still no letter and the issue has been resolved with no help at all from legal services or Samantha. You should be ashamed.
When I had the issue and needed their help what was going on? They would not help me because I was not the legal wife now that it’s over and there’s proof that these people have claimed to my child as their own and probate it’s telling me on the website that I can’t even put in an application Anderson, South Carolina is not listed I will totally give them no stars if I could and to the woman I called on the number you have listed who told me if maybe if you’ve left him and he would’ve went back to his wife She left him first I’ll be praying for you tonight
