Pretended to care and made it seem like I had a claim. Told me in September they were going to reach out to me to let me know about my claim status. Never got an email until now 11/1/22. Only because I had emailed them to find out why I never heard nothing back from anyone. Tired of rude and uncourteous people like this. Seems like in south carolina the laws some how change when you want to take legal action. Bad enough this firm never explained why they couldn’t take my claim just the same generic letter. Please don’t waste your time with this firm they won’t value your time or be direct with you.
