I am a realtor here in South Carolina and I use Dial, Grimm, and Rupert with a couple other choice Attorney’s here and there, but Dial, Grimm, and Rupert is one of the best. They are great when it comes to communication, swithing closing dates, etc. I do not think I have ever been denied a time for swithing closing dates. To be as big as they are, and to still be as responsive as they are in communication through email, text, portal, and calls is incredible. I usually use Shay Bowman for my paralegal and she is incredible but this time I had the pleasure of using Liza Bortz and she was just as amazing. Thank you for all you guys do. The attorney’s are all great as well, but I never see them till the closing table. The guys behind the scenes are the one’s that make it happen every day and Dial hires very well.
