All I need is a check reprinted. They have a direct order from the judge to reprint the check payable to myself. Dawn (once again) is giving me the runaround saying she has to “check with the title company.” She drags her feet and gives evasive answers and has to constantly be reminded to do her job. I expressed my concerns and was treated very disrespectfully. I’m just ready to get this whole process over with! Very frustrating!
We engaged Mr. Catoe from PALMETTO STATE TITLE & ESCROW, LLC as our property closing attorney in July 2023. Unfortunately, we were misled into believing that the property closing had been completed. However, in April 2024, we received a letter from the property seller indicating that the county had issued a property tax delinquency notice plus over $700 in penalties.
