My experience with this firm was disastrous. Not only did my attorney reply ~25% of the time, often taking up to a week, it apparently was not just me as my ex-wife’s counsel complained she was not responding to her either. While our agreement called for bi-weekly invoices, in a blatant violation of that agreement I was blindsided at the five month mark with five months of invoices at once, and told I owe more money on top of the $8k I had already advanced. While repeatedly asking to discuss my concerns about their billing practices with someone from firm management, all I received were repeated calls to collect payment, akin to a debt collector. The most incredible part? They told me they were dropping me as a client unless I made the supposedly owed $55 payment. Yes: $55. In 18 years of dealing with attorneys in both a professional and personal capacity, this was the worst representation I have ever had.
