I wanted to place a review of my experience with the Montgomery Law Firm, this is due to the POOR communication and services I have received from this office. I came to Montgomery Law Firm due to a previous case handled by Ms. Sara Roberts, I have worked with her in the past and was very satisfied with her performance. I was told she was working with Montgomery Law Firm and reached out to her due to her professionalism from my last accident. Sara Roberts was the last person to give me an actual case update and this was October of 2019. I have reached out to a few people at the Montgomery Law Firm, both Olivia and my new case Manager Estrella have only provided me with the same update as Sara did Back in October of 2019. This company has POOR communication skills and has NEGLECTED my case. My case should have been filed for two reasons:1. Due to the at fault carrier denying the claim and 2.Treatment being completed this November of 2019. As of today 5/26/2020, this company has left me no other option but to report my experience to the Better Business Bureau, along with my post here and a direct email to the company’s management. I would not recommend this firm to anyone due to my experience.
