Worked with Josh around a deed/DPOA situation we needed addressed suddenly when we were in town for only one weekday seeing my MIL in hospice. He squeezed us in same day (for an extra fee, but for us it was worth every penny and a reasonable request for same day legal service) and was very sensitive to our situation, while also giving us straight forward and actionable advice.
