I’ve been ripped off. Don’t even think of using this attorney. No response after check cashed. Phone does not take calls, voice mails at office not returned. Emails never acknowledged or responded to. I’m hoping to get a refund of my $1500. I am also filing a complaint with the Commission on Lawyer conduct in Columbia headed by the Supreme Court. Buyer beware!!!
We paid him and he cashed our check We have made numerous attempts to contact him We even called Kurt Gibson who recommended him We trusted Kurts judgement since he has handled cases for both of us previously ! Still no response ! The Nuisance Case has escalated to a point where we are constantly being harassed and he won’t call us back ! We are now having to install a privacy fence around our entire home to keep their dog and dog balls as well as cans out of our yard
I wouldn’t even , rate him if I didn’t have to put nothing on here. I paid Mr Griffin to do my divorce, and then after he took my money, I cash my check, after that, I haven’t heard nothing else from him. Every time I try to call the number is disconnected, or when I do get a hold of someone, they’re always giving me excuse while he hasn’t started filing the paperwork yet, and now I can’t even get ahold of nobody..
