my soon to be ex husband and i paid Mr Gibson 2000 to file our chapter 7 bankruptcy in October of 2019 and here we are in October of 2021 and we still don’t even have a case number. We have not heard from Mr Gibson at all. every appointment he set with us to call us he never kept. and when i would call him ,i could barely get an answer and if i did he only set up another pointless appointment. i called to request a refund of the 2000 i will see if there is a response if not i will hire another lawyer to sue this lawyer because we want our money back. He eventually refunded us our money though so i had to edit this review to show that information. Didn’t want to leave it out cause he did eventually make it right!

You could get in touch with him when it was time to pay him. Now that he owes money back you can’t reach him at all. He kept putting off going to court
