They struck gold getting Phillip Kellogg. Always a fun, while informative, closing.
Very disappointed. I have done 4 closings with this firm. 3 were purchases/mortgages and one was a sale. Service has progressively gone down. Last closing took 2.5 hours because of errors in the paperwork and still had to get a check mailed back because they applied a wire fee that didn’t occur. Even when my realtor asked about it the attorney said that’s what we would have charged if we sent a wire. But you did charge it and didn’t wire the settlement money. Also are now charging a ‘satisfaction fee’. Wasn’t even my closing but they billed me. When asked about it I got the brush off and said well you need to speak to Bradley Richardson himself about that. That’s like the assumed 20% tip and the server does a horrible job. Was looking for someone to redo my Trust/Will. Guess I need to find a new firm.
Don’t do business with Bradley k. Richardson. My sister and I learned the hard way they are crooks. We ended up closing on our houses with Phill Kellogg. He dosent charge if you don’t make it to the closing table. And dosent keep money they shouldn’t.
