Boat ride, Law Firm had a civil suit of ours that they never went through with, was a homeowners civil law suit. When Mr. Boatwrights partner at the time Came to the Greenville County detention center for me to sign paperwork concerning the civil case. I explained to her what was going on with my criminal case how the attorney I had at the time I had not followed through from what I had just paid him for he wouldn’t take my phone calls and that she told me I needed to I could fire him that would take my case for a certain fee give me my 2000 back for my damn payment to the other lawyer And we’ll get my charges global impact with my other charges that I had already finished in Spartanburg County no problem she won’t even have to go to court. Mr. boat comes and visits me after she left the Firm with all these promises Was told upon him reviewing the body cam that it was illegal siege and search, in which it was and that he will get my case Dismissed on those grounds! I explained to him how I had just gotten out of Spartanburg County for a violation of the House Arrest on Time served. I explained the whole situation how I had made a police report about someone going in my mail that I had not been getting my mail most of my mail because of this. I was released from Spartanburg County and sent to Greenville County for bench warrants. I had been trying to reach the public defender from January up until the time that I was sent to Greenville County in May 2023 up until end of July she would not return my calls nor my family’s nor would case worker Mrs. P that was supposed to be helping get in rehab to find out my next court date and see when I was gonna be able to go into drug rehab that the head solicitor in Greenville County had asked me would I be willing to do!! I was so thankful just wanted to get my life back I cried and thanked him and did everything I could. After i Explained everything to Mr. Boatwright In detail and he showed me, can you get me out on the bench warrants And that he would explain to the judge the situation when I go in front of the judge The solicitor said I have missed three roll calls Attorney Law knows you can’t miss one. Call when you’re getting a bench warrant so I get out my next roll. Call mine. I’m on House Arrest because Because of driving, then I would definitely not get under the wheel again. I was a caregiver at the time being diagnosed with congestive heart failure. When I got home better walk on my feet paralyzed patient that drove me. We were late, not even an hour late Mr. boat ride chewed me out to where he had me in complete tears told me the bench one had already been signed for me. I already given this man thousands of dollars for him to talk down to me. Tell me to leave the courthouse so I ask him what am I supposed to do? Just leave and get another bench war after I just paid all this money to you and 12,000 on bond!!! He had me in tears he spoke down to me chewed me out, I told him I was not leaving. I went down. Got Mr. Massengo on the wheelchair. Got somebody to help me push him up I told Mr. Boatwright that I want to see the judge so I could explain him what it happened. He said oh you’re free to go. My next roll call . I had no one to take me. I drove myself as scared i Was I was more afraid of getting Bench warrant. I’m sure all of you have Use Google for directions. I asked Google to take me to Greenville County courthouse and ask it took me to family court.
