I used this office to close on my home and they didn’t tell me how much to even pull out for them until the day before closing? So I wrote a check for too much and they gave me a refund check….. problem is they put both me and my gfs name on it so the check can’t be cashed. And to get a new check they have to hold the check in there hands for 10 DAYS because it “left the building”……. can’t even get YOUR OWN MONEY back from these people.
