Buyer Beware!!! Ron Warr is awful!! I had a closing with him and he called me a liar and accused me of fraud with no proof. He then decided to retaliate with a fraudulent tax form because he was under the impression I had written a bad review of him. I had not at that time. My deed was not recorded until 2018 and my funds were not available until 2018 but he sent me a tax form for 2017 and is refusing to correct as punishment. He is unprofessional to an alarming degree. My gut had told me to walk out of the closing based on how he was treating me. I should have followed my instinct.
