Good lawyers tell me she could have won my case on the corpus delect rule, alone, and should have moved for a mistrial when the assistant prosecutor revealed a impermissible conflict of interest. You get what you pay for. She was appointed by the court that paid her legal bill. Worst lawyer EVER. But she is still getting those appointments, so there you have it.
Alisa Livaditis is very corrupt. If the court appoints her to your case, know that you are going to lose and prepare yourself for observing things never before seen in a court case. She doesn’t care about you as a client. This firm has a record for “longest serving” in York County for a reason. They don’t advocate for a “client” if it will upset the judge and their main source of income. How they get bad reviews scrubbed, I don’t know.
