I would give 0 if I could. I am trying to fix a situation with a deed. Mr. Brillhart told me the fees and he would contact the 3rd party to verify payment and call me back. I called back today since I have not heard anything to be informed there was a glitch in communication with payment. I apologized to Mr. Brillhart and told him I would call the 3rd party to discuss the issue. Prior to hanging up the call with Mr. Brillhart, he apparently was frustrated or perturbed about the issue and as I said I will call the 3rd party and get it figured out, HE HUNG UP on me. I guess knowing I dont have thousands in my account as we just purchased a home, I was no longer worth the time to speak to. DO NOT contact this office if your expecting to be treated with respect or have an issue! If he could not handle a glitch in communication to address a deed issue, I can NOT see him being able to deal with anything more complex without being disrespectful and rude. If you dont have thousands in your account to hire him, do NOT bother to call. He clearly does NOT have time for a blue collar, working class citizen! AVOID THIS OFFICE if you value yourself because clearly you will NOT be valued by him, as I am just a second class citizen since I do not have a significant amount of money and he WILL NOT respect you either!! AVOID!!
