Upon calling the firm and asking for legal representation, the woman that answered the phone listened and then asked who the defendant would be. After telling her and spelling out the name , she then asked me what my full name was. I again spelled out my name for her thinking this would be used to proceed. After having my full name she informs me that the defendant is a client of theirs and that they would not be able to help me. She could have told me this right after I gave the defendants name, but chose to manipulate the conversation and deceive me. I would never hire this law firm for any reason based on the way I was treated in this initial phone call.
