Tom Scholl is a disgruntled ex-client. He is an example of the phrase, “You just can’t please some people.” I did all that could possibly be done on his wife’s case. I advised them both in the beginning that in order to determine whether they had a case against the wife’s doctor, that an expert would have to be consulted to review the records. The expert charged a fee of $2500.00 for the review, which is not unusual. I advised the Scholls that it was their decision whether to go forward–and that they would have to pay the fee. They decided to proceed, and they paid the fee. The expert review stated that negligence could not be proven against the doctor. Without an expert, a malpractice case cannot be won. They were disappointed, understandably. However, their anger toward me is misplaced. I did not charge the Scholls a dime for the time I invested on their behalf.

Worst Attorney in the Pitttsburgh area, he is Rude,, and he dropped our case days before the deadline. He told us to get another attorney but it was to late. Now my wife suffers because of him. He also charges for expert witnesses. Now I am 2500.00 in the hole and my wife has countless medical bills.I had to pick a star to post this but he is not even worth one star !!!!!
