Clients appreciate the thoroughness, compassion, and quick responses exhibited by Kevin Hardy and his team, making them a top choice for legal representation.
Unfortunately, my experience with Kevin Hardy was disappointing. Communication was a major issue from the start. They were often unresponsive, leaving me waiting for days without updates, even when important matters were pending. When I could finally get in touch, answers were vague and didn’t address my questions directly, making the process feel frustratingly slow.
Instead of working towards a resolution, there seemed to be a lack of urgency in handling my case. I felt as though I had to push continuously for progress, only to be met with delays or suggestions for additional services that felt unnecessary. It felt more like pressure to increase fees rather than an efficient approach to resolving my situation.
Moreover, transparency was lacking throughout the process. Costs and potential outcomes were not clearly outlined, making it difficult to understand what I was paying for or what I could realistically expect. This lack of clarity added stress and made the entire experience more difficult than it needed to be.
Overall, I would not recommend Kevin Hardy Attorney at Law. if you are looking for someone who communicates openly, prioritizes resolution, and is transparent about costs and process.
I had a difficult real estate issue and Kevin quickly resolved the matter. Kevin was very helpful, professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend Kevin.
My contractor took me to the court for not paying him. I refused to pay because he tried to charge me for the materials that were never used and lots of measurements were off. My main concern was missing materials. Keving completely ignored it and emphasized the measurements part which wasn’t that important. A year later, when I finally asked if he’s going to do anything about missing materials, he told me that I should file the fraud case but now it’s too late and I should think about it earlier. Another atterney put all possible liens against me and my husband even though he wasn’t part of the deal. Kevin mentioned multiple times that my husband shouldn’t be involved but wasn’t able to fight any of that.
I feel like my case was neglected.
