I filed for divorce 5 yrs ago. very abusive man which ended with him leaving with his weapons, assuming i was dead… he left with his Children still here. Believing they would find their dead mom.

5 yrslater, abuse continues. Separated Yes, still married. After 3 years of nothing happening with a divorce.We had to switch gears to custody as his abuse was Deeply affecting his daughter and still is!
, everything that was ordered by the court is not being followed. He is still off The rails. Last week he attempted to have his 22 year. Old son put in jail for beating up his sister, which is not true. Our son just came home after a 11 days Psychiatric stay from dealing with Constant and blatant hard life circumstances and stress due to his father.He is on the autism spectrum. He does nothing to help. He only causes harm. he will smile and think he is being okay and then you realize his agenda. As long as it hurts me He just does not care the pain he cayses to the kids.. He rarelyr comes to visit And manages to put the blame on me. And they don’t Want to see him anymore it’s terrible because I always thought he was a good dad.When we were married it’s awful. I have no car. 5 years, 5 cars all had transmissions Crap out on me. Elizabeth told me that me recording of the gunshots was not admissible because I did not ask his permission. he killed my daughter’s puppy! She would not Let me talk to the judge during custody about financial abuse and control. I owe her money now! And her name is on my case. I just want to be free. we have all changed so much. My daughter is losing her childhood and Elizabeth Weekes is just fine with that. I live in a place where there’s no buses. I am a city girl.I cannot get around or keep a job.With all the crap he starts. Haven’t heard a word from This attorney.o the case except what I owe her. she should be disbarred and I believe she’s paid off. How else could she be this awful? Nothing ever happened with our divorce.It was just trailing paperwork back-and-forth. NowvI owe our money .. I have nothing I have no car.He made sure I stayed unemployed and whenever I get a new job.He throws a wrench in. He is on restricted duty at work now for 2 years due to alcoholism and drop me from Life Insurance and reinstated only one son. Not all 3 children .. but that’s okay. stay away from this woman, she’s a nightmare. If you’re living in a nightmare she will make it worse or make sure it doesn’t end. Her secretary was so sweet. I cannot comprehend how she stays working for this woman. the psych abuse doesn’t stop. He is hurting his children. We are all stuck here. And what have you done I wish you were off my case so I can just get divorced can’t even afford an Uber to the freaking courthouse anymore. My advice looking for a lawyer stay the hell away from this one. Not to mention for your own children. my daughter lost her childhood she’s 11. She grew up with this 5 years now and it’s unnecessary if people did their job. My autistic son was thriving and doing very well. Little better, now that he’s out of the psychiatric facility but he was not doing well for a very long time. If onlyshe knew how much money I made all I did How far I’ve gotten in my career. Yet even if I didn’t the disrespect is awful that she treats her clients with. My Life before that, that’s what a difference that said that moving from New York to Pennsylvania, he said we had no choice.bef Pennsylvania and it slowly happened. He began by feeding on my worry about my children. I was afraidto work Until they were in school periodbecause I was an abused kid myself. he played on it the whole time. It’s God awful.
