If David is not the best attorney in central Pennsylvania, then I would like to see who is. He represented my business from an initial appointment through a successful trial outcome. Throughout the way, he sent me routine updates and communications, and his entire staff was incredibly professional to work with. In trial, David brought a finesse and expertise that was on a level far higher than the other attorneys, breaking down arguments and absolutely gutting the other side’s witnesses, albeit in a respectful manner. I 100% recommend working with him, especially if something important is on the line.
I made an appointment with David Gaines via email. When I went to the appointment he had forgotten he scheduled an appointment with me and I seen another person at the office and gave them my information. I waited a week never heard from them. I called every week for a month, left messages and emails. No response, never called me back. Not good customer service or experience!!
