Mark Medvesky of Medvesky Law Office, LLC is a general practice attorney local to Telford and Souderton. I found him initially from a simple Google search when looking into bankruptcy attorneys nearby. While he didn’t have an absorbent amount of reviews, all the ones he did have were overwhelmingly positive, so I decided to reach out. Unlike other larger firms, I was able to speak with Mark directly from the get-go, rather than a paralegal or assistant, who then forwards your information to the attorney. This cut down wait time dramatically, because I wasn’t waiting to hear back from anyone while they played whisper-down-the-lane. Mark was very friendly, kind, and professional. He took plenty of time with me during our first phone conversation where we discussed my financial situation in detail. He was patient, nonjudgmental, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process. Additionally, he made sure to explain everything and answer any questions I had along the way. I was very pleased with the work Mark Medvesky did for me. He was knowledgeable, professional and answered my questions in layman’s terms. Even when I asked the same question several times, Mark was patient and understanding. He and his wife (also an attorney) share a simple office in Souderton; there was no other staff which meant I was not helping him pay for a lot of overtime. He is a 20-year U S Air Force veteran. which meant a lot to me as a Marine Corps veteran. Mark returned the unused part of my retainer without me asking.
