Don’t recommend anyone to use this law firm. Roarke Aston was disbarred because he has a criminal case against him.He was on my child custody case until he was suspended. He then appointed me to “bill†William rush. Who seems to always be busy. Says he is on your side but is extremely rude. Never speaks with you about your case until It’s time for court.I’ve wasted my money and time with a child custody case. And also an accident case that they very much gave little to no information about. Then he cursed me out via text because what I was saying he took as rambling, he was offended because I was speaking my mind to them about my concerns on how unprofessional they are.They’ve texted me 5 mins till my court hearing asking my whereabouts but never given me notice or told me we had court.And then for him to speak directly to the defendant in the case to form something against me.Ignored my request and just did what he wanted to do. The secretary xena is his wife and will lie for him. The whole establishment is very unprofessional I will be filing a complaint with district 2 of the bar association on “bills†William rush’s incompetence and the way he treats people. If I could give zero stars I would’ve done so.
When it comes to an attorney, it’s important to find someone who is knowledgeable, Trustworthy, and responsive. This practice has listened to all my concerns and has communicated with me every step of the way. It also helps having the good track record that they have. Couldn’t say enough about them: to how I felt someone was in my corner every step of the way. Highly recommend.
Run! Every attorney we contacted to review our file for Bill’s incompetence told us to file with the state board. That was more than a dozen attorneys that stated “you have an attorney malpractice suit” No kidding! His rudeness, threats and vicious nature along with zero communication was more stressful than the legal action he was hired for. His wife/secretary filed the legal which he walked away from without notice action was completely incompetent and failed to meet the needs of the legal action we were pursuing. Critical timeliness were missed and legal opportunities obliterated through incompetence. The nice reviews you see to up the âï¸ were done by his wife to counter the reality of his incompetence.
