Worst law group to have take on your case . “Bill†and his secretary wife are very rude they will not give you any information if called or when questions are asked time and money wasted for a child custody case. He typically ignored any of my requests for my children.They don’t let you know if you have court until the second of a hearing. Then they chose to take on an auto accident case to just complain that they are busy . Overall poor communication and the threats are very unprofessional. Make sure you show up or he will talk to the defendant as if he is on their side and not yours like he says he is. P.S. I LOVE MY WIFE 😂 “He must think he got his degree from this gum here†I will be filing a complaint with district 2 of the bar association. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Roarke Aston was disbarred for a criminal case against him.He was who I hired and I got “Bill†William rush 👎 he chews more than he gets anything accomplished
Roarke Aston was great. William Rush terrible 👎ðŸ¼inattentive, rushy (ironically like his last name, Rush), I feel like this law firm bites off more than they can chew. Bill was handling a couple of cases for my husband so I asked him to help me with a couple of legal issues I had and it takes FOREVER to get ahold them. I spoke with him 2 months ago and still now I am waiting for a meeting to be scheduled. Well we actually had an appointment to meet with him and he canceled on us. Idk what to do at this point besides get another lawyer. I saw him in person at the court house 2 weeks ago and told him my court date was soon and that needed to establish representation (as he promised) sooner than later because I have court coming up soon. I’ve texted him and his wife. I’ve called the office, I’ve walked in the office. Nothing. I’m so disappointed. If you can’t do something just say so from the beginning. Now I can’t even email them because they have an automated message in their email saying they are busy. My husband personally and directly voices his opinions to his paralegal/wife and his wife went to go cry like a baby to him like my husband was sooo rude. No, my husband was fed up of the unprofessional bull crap so he had to let them know. So good ol’ Billy Bill rudely demanded an apology from my husband or he would drop him as a client. Did they apologize for being slack lawyers? No. And oh, on top of it all, In court and out of court he is always chewing some darn gum. Or whatever the heck it is. I’m just over it.
