Karen O was very nice, however, her work did not yield results for us. The Security Guard was terrible. He was arrogant, unprofessional and insisted I had to be wanded with a metal detector even though I told the person when I made the appointment I have an implant and need a pat down. I was told it was no problem. The guard refused to get a woman for a pat down and so refused me access to the building. My husband went in and I was dismissed to wait in the cold December weather. All in all it was a very aggravating, unproductive waste of time. Strongly urge you drive to King of Prussia office.
Not a good experience at all and still waiting to hear back. I hope these reviews make a difference these folks are federal employees. Things have got to change for the better taxpayers should not have to put up with this nonsense.
Got there for my appointment after finding parking and feeding the meter just for security to tell me I can’t come in I’m to early and have to go wait. The guy on the phone told me to arrive early
