Charles Krafczek was dishonorable in dealing with my patents. Never finished building my parents’ house at the shore & lots of quality issues.
They only withheld 10k until punch list completed (which was never done by Charles). Within 2 years of completing a totally new house build, the ENTIRE roof had to be replaced,,, Also 50k had to be spent for other repairs (repainting rooms/trim, electrical rewiring, fireplace repair, outdoor shower, etc). Charles refused to acknowledge any of my parents concerns in finishing the build in 2013, even when sent attorney letters 2013-14. This was supposed to be my parents “golden years†in their dream home (2013). So much unnecessary anxiety…There have beenconstant problems/repairs for last 5 years to the tune of 80k+. Poor business man, empty promises, and ignored emails my sisters & I sent to his business ( I emailed pictures of shingles dropping off side of the house & fence falling apart to 7 Mile Custom Homes w/in 1 year of “completionâ€. No response) Seven Mile Custom Homes is now defunct,
Do NOT do business with this man…he only serves his own interested IMO.
