If you would like to feel as though you’re cared about or at the very least, feel like you are more than just an account number with the law firm who is representing you…FIND A DIFFERENT LAW FIRM!! To be absolutely honest, in probably a time frame of nearly two years I probably only communicated with someone maybe four times from their office and at least one of those was because I had to reach out myself to question what exactly was going on because I never hear from anyone. And of those times, I don’t think it was once from an attorney who you would think would be interested in making you feel like they care and are doing everything they possibly can for you to be deservingly and sufficiently compensated. I don’t even recall meeting the attorney who supposedly represented me. Not quite sure why I even gave two stars because the extra star certainly wasn’t given for the one third (1/3) they take from the amount you are eventually awarded which I believe was the first amount suggested that this law firm didn’t even question.
